All prices are in SGD.
Prices are exclusive of postage fee. Do note that prices are fixed. Strictly no trades or negotiable.
Only paid orders will be taken in.
All goods sold are non-refunable and non-exhangable.
Payment has to made within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice from us. Do let us know if you need more time.
You will be deemed as a deadbuyer if you back-out/MIA after we've sent you the invoice.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. However, we will try our best to get back to you within the shortest period! Usually within 24 hours.


We work on first pay first serve basis.

Delivery

You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.

Normal Mail will be charge at $1.50. Subsequent items will be charged at $0.50/item. However, you are not able to track your parcel. Grab your needs will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail therefore it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage. 

Registered Mail is an additional $2. Subsequent items will be charged at $0.50/item. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn't reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at grabyourneeds@hotmail.com for your parcel details/tracking number. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office. 

Overseas Mail
Please email grabyourneeds@hotmail.com. You will be charged a flat fee of $20 for overseas postage. We will contact you if your postage costs more than $20 (we will scan the receipt for you). A registered article number will be provided for you to track your parcel.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BACKORDERS)

No refunds will be done after payment has been made for backorder, regardless of reason.

No exchanges for sizings will be allowed after order has been placed, do clarify about sizing before placing your orders.

The date of arrival provided is an estimated one, the accurate date of arrival will only be known to TTR nearer to the estimated date.

By joining our backorders, you are deemed to have agreed to the T&Cs listed.

*We strongly encourage sending out your BO items in separate packages if the date of arrival is different.Combining of postage for different BOs may result in missing out items when your parcel is being packed. 

Payment Options
We only accept POSB/DBS bank transfers at the moment. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB branch. If you are doing an ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment. We will take legal actions against fraud cases - so be honest! 

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately grabyourneeds@hotmail.com. Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.

All items are brand new.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. 


Also, do note that all pictures are copyrighted. Do not use our pictures without any permission from us.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. 

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
